| Remodeling began with pool & cabanas.... New filter system with automatic chlorinator, designed and installed a new solar system for adding water automatically to the pool. New toilet fixtures and paint for the cabanas dressing rooms. The cabana then underwent painting on the outside, replacement of roof with a 50 year roof (architectural shingles), windows were glazed, repaired, or replaced. The pool itself was painted and sealed. Moving to the detached 2.5 garage which also supports a 28X16 patio cover for the pool . Windows were treated, re-glazed and repaired, new insulated garage doors with electronic openers were installed. The garage was then scrapped, undercoated and painted with Sherman Williams 35 year paint. A ultra modern stereo system was installed, and a speaker system for the garage and pool areas were also installed, work benches and counter tops and additional shelving were installed. The main home itself supports a 1.5 insulated garage which underwent a replacement of a new insulated automatic garage door. The home outside was completely refurbished after undergoing a high pressure bath. All windows were repaired, re-glazed or replaced, new storm windows were added, the roof was replaced with a 50 year architectural shingle. New gutters and down spouts were installed, fascist and sophist were covered with high quality siding material. The addition to the main brick structure which encompasses a den/office (equipped with 2 phone lines, TV cable hook ups and broadband cable), a work shop, 1.5 attached garage, and the upstairs guest room, were all sided with hi-grade vinyl siding, backed by a vapor barrier and insulation.. New entrance insulated storm doors were installed to the sitting room/back porch and entrance to the downstairs rec room. All exposed window casings and front entrance which supports a column entrance were painted. The home also sports a inside sprinkler system in every room, in case of fire, and has panic buttons which will call the local fire department if needed. The home also supports a intercom system throughout. The home currently supports a broadband cable hook-up with grater than T-2 service. The home is served with cable TV, natural gas and city water. Water pipes are all cooper, and electrical system is state of the art 200 amp service. The home also supports a complete 2nd Kitchen, which is located next to the rec-room in the basement. The rec-room and bar area also has it's own bath room. On the interior, the boiler for the hot water heating system was replaced with a state of the art 225 btu system, which supports a 4 zone hot water heating system, and a new 75 gallon hot water heater was also installed. The kitchen stainless steal counter top stove was refurbished with new burners. A new garbage disposal was installed, new stainless steal sink with stainless steal hardware was installed into a new granite counter top. The dishwasher was replaced with a total stainless steal model, and a new stainless steal double wide refrigerator was installed. The kitchen also supports a separate stainless steal inside grill, and double stainless steal ovens. The complete interior now sports a completely new paint scheme. The laundry room and kitchen flooring has been replaced with Congoleum life time guarantee light oak flooring. New carpets were installed in the halls upstairs and down, along with the master bed room, and the formal dinning and living room. The 1500+ sq. ft. recreation room was completely remodeled with the installation of theater seating to view the new 57" big screen Sony hi-definition entertainment System. A new beveled 12X4 mirror was installed behind the full service bar, a DJ station was installed at the east end of the bar, and a new pool table, and a three station -(Play Station System), along with a new computer station was installed. ?Did I mention; three large bedrooms upstairs and the 20X16 foot Office/Den on the first floor have beautiful pegged hardwood floors, and the rear staircase (staircase number two) is of light oak wood....
